Nice soft light and good expresions, watch the background the horizontial line is a bit distracting.

Saw this over in SYS and I'm glad you posted it here for critique. First off, I think your lighting is even and balanced, so good work with that. However, the image does appear a tad on the warm side, perhaps either a white balance issue or overuse of a warming filter. Either can be fixed with the slight application of a cooling filter.

Secondly, while I like what you have going with depth of field I think your focal range here is too narrow. I would have liked to have seen the subject's shoulder clear as her face, or at least a little clearer than the background. Right now, her head pops off her shoulder, where it may be better to have her whole body pop from the background.

I do like the lights reflecting in her eyes. They are a very nice touch.
