it's my first time to do a portrait photoshoot for a friend. I wish to learn more so that I can become better at this so please do comment and suggest things that I should do next time either during the actual photoshoot or post-processing the images.

The exposure appears to be dead on, but two things. One minor, one kinda not good. The not good first. You cut off her hand and made it look like an amputee. Not good. Make sure to include those fingers instead of running them out of the frame. My only nitpick, and I think a lot will disagree, is that her face is too centered for me. But, it doesn't hurt the portrait overall. Great job on the focus. Beautiful eyes.

thanks for the comment! i really didn't notice that her hand was cut off from the photo! yeah it does look amputated for that matter. will definitely watch out for anything that are cut off like the hands, and feet for full body shots. ^_^ thank you!
