Default Ryan Doco Connors inspired shoot.

These are some photos of some friends who volunteered to have their faces painted after I was looking at some work by Ryan Doco Connors Portfolio | Creative, my friend Audrey was great with the facepaint.

I used a softlighter usually straight infront of the model.

And the rest of the set it here Facepaint - a set on Flickr

I like the framing and the DOF. However, I feel as though the light on her face is a bit harsh. If you wanted to show off the face paint a bit more, I would have elected to go with a softer light, or something not so direct. The yellow paint seems to be flushed out as well as most of her skin. I may be a bit picky but sometimes I would rather seen an even tone on the face rather than a harsh spot of light.
