the photo looks pretty good. Some of the reds look a little intense, especially around the hands.

Hey could you also tell me if I got the focus right on her face? And if you think it's a sharp image? thanks!

I don't think there's too much wrong with the post-processing, though kb93 rightly pointed out about the reds at the hands.

How do you feel about black and white photos? I think this would make a good conversion, but only if you're into that type of thing yourself.

It seems sharp enough, but I think images appear a little less sharp when uploaded directly through the forum like you have done, rather than through Flickr for example. (This may be completely wrong, hopefully another user can confirm or correct this for me).

But well done, considering you had to 'rescue' the photo it seems that you've done a pretty good job.

Hi dmann, I thought your photo was great> Only thing for me was the grass too distracting, it was fighting with her. I would blur out grass, take colour saturation down, up the brighness, burn outside. outcome sought is in the eye of the beholder, everyones taste is different, This is just my prefered outcome. Cheers Peter

nswphotos has it right - the grass is fighting for attention and winning.
the thing is, she is a bit underexposed compared with the grass and her eyes lack any spark since they are underexposed and have no catchlights.
try removing that pole in the background and if you've cropped the photo in PP - try bringing back her right foot

I never even noticed the grass was distracting, but it's good you guys did I will try to bring it down and brighten it up. This is getting difficult I either get over or under exposed, still hoping for that right mix.

I currently have PS5 and it is very confusing to me, and quick tips on burning?

And thx so much for your comments/help, I am learning lots.
