I like the pose quite a bit. I like the exposure and color balance. The crop space around the model works well. You seem to have an excellent connection with your model and very good timing on the shot.

But I hate the background. The wall is great and the DoF gives you a nice blur that keeps attention on your model. But the car in the background is really distracting. I think that if you were to take one step to your right and frame to avoid that car, you'd have a real winner here, but this just doesn't work for me.
