Hi Friends

I love pictures in Black and White. But i just don't seem to get the exact effect i see from other black and white pictures. Sometimes i mess the composition, sometimes i make the photo too black or too white instead of putting that perfect mixture together. What i think of black and white pictures is that it allows you to make the subject stand out. Please suggest me some basics as i am still in the leaning phase.
