Default Composition: Head Chop Part Deux

Thanks for all the great feedback on the head chop. How do you decide when it's too much?

Questions:
Did I chop off too much?
I see the close up distortion but I kinda like the effect. Am I nuts?
I combined the dutch tilt w/ the head chop. Too much?
How's the color in this one? I just discovered filters. I used the "vibrant skin tone" filter on this one at 100%. I think I like it.
