Default Good composition and lighting or not?

This is a photograph I took during a shoot on Monday, and I was hoping I could get some critique on it as I have two more shoots with the same model as well as another shoot at the same location tomorrow.

This was taken with a Nikon D3100, but I don't know any of the other EXIF data.

I'd love some feedback on the composition, posing and lighting! (And also anything else you think is relevant). Thanks!

It seems a tad hot (overexposed) to me. I'm fine with the pose and composition, though I'd move her a little left so there is still a little castle behind her head and not the blown out sky. On your flickr stream, I like the images 03 and 04 better though.

It looks like there is even lighting on her face but the photo does look a bit over exposed, as mentioned before. I think I'd like to see her smile.

Wink

I too think it's a little over exposed. I also would recommend finding a darker background. For me the very bright background washes her out somewhat. However you could see if that will be fixed with the correct exposure.
