Default I feel like I am close...am I getting there yet??

I have a new lens and I tried it out yesterday and got this shot. I did run a vintage action on it. How are her eyes...are they in focus and "pop"? Is the composition too centered? Is her skin "creamy and natural"?
Thanks everyone, I really have relied on this forum to whip my skills into shape!

Eyes appear to be in focus, not sure they pop really. they have nice catchlights and I can see the blue in there but in relation to the remainder of the frame they are probably the darkest area of the image.

For me, ya, I'd say a different framing or crop would have been more effective but cutting off more of the area behind her and expanding the right side, the side to which she is leaning.

Skin appears overexposed but this could be a result of the action. Skin is just an area of brightness, can't make out the cheeks or forehead, side of nose. Where does the check stop and the forehead begin? Creamy and natural? no, not so much and I don't think you can expect that when you run these types of actions. You give up some of the detail & naturalness for the effect of the action. Not good or bad in and of itself, just a tradeoff you chose to make.

overall a very cute image
