Default What's up dog?

I took this shot of my som at the Minnesota Twins game back in July. We were down in the shade cooling off when I realized the lighting was perfect! I want to print this picture, but I am wondering if there is anything I should do in PP before I do so? As is, its SOOC.

My suggestions:

- darken the concrete block behind him
- clone out the piece of metal/whatever it is over his left shoulder (the leftermost one)

I say go ahead and print it. It's definitely worthy of Grandm's fridge. My first question would be that of white balance, but it looks decent enough on my (uncalibrated) laptop. The eyes are nice and sharp. At f/4, you got a good balance of background blur and subject sharpness. I don't see anything terribly under or over exposed.

As per previous comment about cloning objects in background: That works sometimes, but I don't think it's necessary in this case. This isn't somebody's wedding image that needs to be perfect. Some background clutter just reveals this image for what it is: A very nice snapshot of a young boy in his element. Just my 2/5 of a nickel.
