I like this a lot. The eyes look gorgeous. Just a couple things though, work on the framing; the top of her head is cut off which doesn't look good. Also her skin looks a tad over processed, be sure to leave a bit of that natural skin texture in there. Other than that good job. I love the black and white.

I actually don't mind the head chop at all (I'm a chronic head chopper and do it all the time, lol). It puts her eyes on the ROT in what would have been a very centered comp otherwise.

My biggest nitpick is that the lighting is very, very flat, and BW conversions need shadowing and dimension to really work. Do you have a color version?

ETA: Her left (camera right) shoulder is blown out, also. Not sure if this was in-camera or a result of post processing?

I think the cropping works pretty well for this sort of landscape portrait. You've cropped enough off the top of the image that it looks intentional rather than accidental, and as noted the eyes are nicely placed.

While I'm not a huge fan of high-key portraiture, I really like this example.

FWIW, my wife walked by when I was looking at this and spontaneously mentioned that she really liked it as well. Both of us were struck by the very nicely handled eyes.

It looks like you have a very good connection with your model, too.

I'd probably try to avoid the crease in the background in future shots, but otherwise there's not much to complain about.

Very professional and esthetically pleasing work. Thanks for sharing it here.

Sorry, the "example" I was talking about was your photo. FWIW, I like the B&W better than the color original and the high-key effect you used really is quite striking.

Nice shot.

I do agree the face may be just a tad overprocessed.

I disagree with the cropping of the top of the head. By doing so it brings the model's eye into the upper third of the frame instead of dead center if the top of the head is included.
