Default Same girl, same day, different photo

Looking for any constructive criticism!

I'd get her a couple steps away from the wall so the shadow isn't so pronounced. It looks like the focus fell on her arm and not her eyes. If I had to guess, it looks like you might have punched up the brightness/saturation in her eyes as well. They look significantly brighter than the rest of the image.

It also looks like you've lost some detail in her shorts. You might want to pull back on the reds a bit or try a little recovery to get that back.

The lighting and composition is nice, but here eyes are out of focus, and like others have said, the shadow.

the clothing's colors is way over powering, I'd lower the saturation in post to bring them down. The eyes looks like were specially only brighten which makes the image look very unrealistic, not saying thats a bad thing but for my taste and style is modern and realistic looking.

I have no idea how you got a still image with 1/20th unless it was on a tripod and you somehow got the subject to stand super still.

Composition and composing looks okay.
