I just wanna know about composition, I was standing in this situation. There is no crop done or should I crop?

The idea is coool, and I like the green, but there's a green cast on the girl.

I tried a square crop as I thought it would work better...it doesn't.
I agree with removing the green cast from the child.

I would've tried a lower speed, and a higher ISO, so maybe the girl's face would have a chance of being seen. (of course, the speedlite would solve this, but maybe you don't have one)
