Looks like the dof is too shallow and probably used 1.4f or 1.8f stop? I like the picture and the way you framed the kid. May be a bit more room on where she is looking to leave that sense of suspense at what she is looking at. Would like to hear what others have to say..
also do upload your EXIF info to really help you. |

I like the shot, but like you Manali_s, I feel something's missing. I would like to have seen her eyes looking nearly straight ahead, with her head in the same downward angle it has in this shot. Nice shot, keep at it.

The eye sees from left to right in photography, so what may be bothering you is the position of your sister in the frame. Try flipping it horizontally and see if you like it better. Also the out of focus partial hand will bother a viewer as well. Try not to cut hands and feet unless you can make the cut at the shoulder or knees. How does this look to you?
