Question Camel Back "Photo Freeze"

Hey Everyone! A tourist took this photo of my friend Austin (the one in the blue) and me at the top of Camel Back Mountain in Arizona. I don't know why this is driving me nuts, but my head's havin' "photo freeze" and I can't figure out how to crop it to make it most interesting. I have the horizon in the back, the end of the rocks up front, and our heads dead center. I'm trying to use the rule of thirds, but I'm not sure how to apply it with two of us. If I put a R.O.T. line between us, then one of us is dead center. If I put a line on one of us the other looks like he's going off the page. Not sure how much of the sky to use either. I'd like to use the rocks we're standing on sharply, and blur the cityscape, but that's just an idea. Any help or enlightening suggestions would be welcome. This is my favorite picture of the trip and I want it to be as perfect as possible. I'm editing it in Photoshop Elements 9, so if there are any suggestions in regard to that program, that'd also be welcome. Thanks!

With Adventure,
Daryl

I think that this is actually a picture where the centered position of the subjects works better than the alternatives. It gives me a sense of your environment, your surroundings; you two in the middle of all that vasteness. It tells me the story.
