Picture of my daughter. I was playing with my 35mm on my nikon d90. Semi windy day. f/4 at about 1/500 second.

Fabulous eyes - she's going to break some hearts someday. Some here don't like colour selection, but it's nice and subtle here. There's some over exposure such as her arms and backgound parts, but maybe it works in this shot. Nice work!

Gorgeous girl, gorgeous picture.

I agree that there is slight over exposure on her arms - easily fixed. Have you done skin smoothing?

I would try burning the background just a little to stop the eye being dragged to the back right bright spot.

The light in her eyes is really special. Love the b&w conversion. Definitely canvas worthy

There's not much I can critique on, because as you said in the title, the eyes are very mesmerizing. One thing I can say is on the right side there are some blown out highlights. You can either crop it to get rid of it, or try to fix it in Photoshop/Lightroom.

This is why I love this forum. Very honest feedback to help each other out. I guess i never truly left her eyes so I was "blind (no pun intended really) to the over exposure. I truly appreciate the feedback.
