Well I will try and critique. Still not real comfortable giving critique because I still have much to learn. But here are my thoughts. I like the composition but I think I would have cropped just under her arms. The bottom half of her hand/wrist is bent in a way that is distracting to me. I feel it is sharp. Lighting looks good to me but I dont work with flash. I do notice a few greyish spots beneath her lower lip (picture right). Perhaps a cast from her shirt? Anyways overall nice shot.

I like the shot very much. The framing/comp is fine except I agree with Sheila, I would crop it just a tad below the silver cuff buttons of her right arm to devoid any of the distracting partial hand and flesh below. Lovely model and well executed portrait. That's my amateur 2 cents worth.

Cut it off higher and I think it would be great. However, her midriff looks odd. Because of the angle she is standing at and the darkness of her clothes, it looks weird. I imagine she is fairly slender but it looks like an overhanging paunch. A longer top or a different pose would work but, for this shot, I would definitely crop higher to side-step the problem.

I agree. The bottom part of the image is quite distracting.
