Don you can upload through the advanced post dialog box. Use the attachment icon and browse to your photo on your hard drive. Or you can create an acct with Flickr for free and upload your photo there and paste it into your post with the photo icon.

If you need more detailed instruction see this link. Critique rules and information on how to post photos to your post. Look toward the bottom of the first post and you will see additional links for posting information.
