Default Cropping, temperature, focus.

I would like to know if the crop of this photo is ok. It doesn't seem to go by the rule of thirds but, I'm wondering if it still looks good. Another thing is the "temperature" of this photo... Is it too hot? Lastly, the focus. Is it well enough or could it have been better? I'm welcome to all critique and feedback and encourage it. Thanks in advanced.

(Sorry, I uploaded the edited version of this photo to flickr and I think thats why its not showing the exif info.)

Composition does not work for me. I would leave negative space on the left (bringing the subject to rule of thirds on the right) and have the trellis leading us to the model. Temperature is not too hot, it appears a little green. Focus seems fine at this size image. As nothing is close to being blown, I would suggest exposing a little more to the right, it might bring out a little more detail in the eye, which really should be more visible.
