Personally, I think I'd clone them out. At a small size, it's going to be hard to tell what they are without a close look, which distracts from the image. Just my opinion.
Great shot, btw.

Though I agree with the guys above from an outsiders perspective, I'd actually ask the couple.
It's them that may look back at this image fondly in 20 years and say "remember that f'ing swarm of dragonflies when we got married? Crazy huh?" and get a good laugh out of it. We as outsiders could care less, but it may be something they will want to remember in a decade or two. I know if I were in that situation I'd probably look back at it fondly, but if none of the photos showed 'em I'd likely forget about this interesting (even if annoying at the time) detail. Just my two eurocents. |

100% clone them out.
Unless you tell people they are dragon flies they jusy look like dirty marks IMO. I understand why you are torn over the issue, but the image should be about the moment share by the couple (i.e. tenderness and love), not about a swarm of dragon flies I feel. |

It's the same reason why we're often tougher on images than we necessarily should be when critiquing because we lose sight of the fact that it's very likely the client would be happy despite our nitpicking. Either way, they'd be happy with this shot Scott. |

If it were me I would not only get rid of the dragonflies but the pastor between the two also. Just me.
