Default It's my daughters Prom tomorrow please help

It's my daughters High School Prom tomorrow & tonight we had a trial run with the camera. Please could you give me some pointers to improve the photo ... thank you.

I have copied the EXIF from Flickr, hope I've done it right as this is my first try.

Hi Bellivia,

My suggestions would be to:
  1. Move her away from the wall a bit or shoot outside
  2. Stand further away to allow more space on either side of her
  3. Shoot from a bit higher up...in this shot you're looking up at her
  4. Focus on her face. Focus fell on the dress/flower, so her beautiful face is soft/out of focus
  5. Watch for distracting elements, like her bangs over her eyes (nitpicky)

Hope this helps and she has a great time!
