Ok looking at your settings, you have room to come down to iso 100. That gives you the best result with digital noise (less of).

At 1.8 you have very little room for error in focus as the difference can be from eye to ear. This is the case here and unfortunately her eye is not in focus.

I really like the concept and think it is a really nice shot. Her black hair and dress is strong against the blown background.

I agree about the focus. It says that your shutter was 1/2500. You very easily could have slowed it down and brought the aperture up and left more of her face in focus, while leaving the background softly blurred and everything still would have been exposed correctly
