Default Girl On Fence

First and foremost, the back view isn't doing anything for me. If you were on the other side of the fence and you could see her face, then maybe.

You have this diagonal line running up from left to right leading your eye out of the picture. I think it would be better if she was to the right so the fence led you to her. By shifting her to the right, you'd also get her curly hair out from in front of the fluffy tree behind her and she wouldn't blend in nearly as much.

If you want to get her to pop from the background, you're going to want to shoot with a wider aperture (smaller f/stop number) which will give you a more shallow depth of field. As it is, everything is pretty crisp front to back, which might contribute to that fake backdrop look you're not happy with. With a shallow DoF on her face, the background could get soft and blurry which would pull your attention to her.

I will say the exposure, sharpness, and color look good. You didn't blow out the sky or blow out her skirt too badly. You might want to warm up the image slightly, but that's more personal taste.
