very nice, sharp and a very nice conversion.
what I don't like is the vignating (?) on the left side. it's just too much.

I agree, the vignetting is too much. I also think it could have the blacks toned down a smidgen. But other than that it is a great conversion!

very cute girl. I am hoping to have a daughter next, we already have a one-year-old son yay! but terrific photograph, you captured an amazing expression of emotion with that one
