Why did you shoot at f13? Feel like shooting ISO 1250 is setting yourself back in one respect, to adjust in another. just asking, not being critical.

I don't care for the tilt myself. It also seems like there's a bit of a greenish/yellow cast to it, making her hair blend into the background grass. That could just be my monitor though???

tilts aside, between them, Justin and GCG have got it.
The colour/tonal blend between the hair and the background is too similar and should have been isolated with a narrower DoF.
Can try to rescue with a Gaus.blur if you like the shot.

Thanks everyone. Her hair was a very yellow blond and the area we shot at is high desert and also very yellow, mixed with her skin tone this made for an interesting shoot. I noticed she blended in with the red rocks and the grass. I could try a narrower dof. I've had a few really awesome photos ruined by using too large an aperture, so I tend to be conservative in this area. Maybe this is holding me back.

I appreciate the feedback!

The chopped off hands bother me more than anything mentioned above. Where the hands cut off in framing, or did you do that in processing? I'd either widen up to include the hands or tighten it to a headshot. Just my opinion though. Hope that helps.
