I see what you were going for but I think two main things and one small thing here to work on.
The pose doesn't really suit her body type and size. I would put her on more of a 45 and with her leaning forwards a bit. For portraits, you should have the face of your subject closest to your lens. What ever is closer to the lens will look larger in the image. The background is a little distracting but I don't know what else was around. It was a great idea to be shooting down towards her as everyone looks better shooting downwards. I would lastly suggest shooting at ISO100 whenever you can, and adjust your ap/shutter accordingly. It must have been pretty bright still if you were f7 1/200 at 125mm. Try f4 or f5.6, ISO100 and SS at 1/1600 (or something that high). You'll get the same / similar level of detail but things will look brighter on that lens. F7 outside is pretty dark. |

It's a very pretty, colourful photo and beautiful woman but she is quite busty and the colourful yellow in the top draws the eyes to her chest

Having her shoulders straight in the frame, and also closer to the lens than the face, seems to have made her shoulders appear to be much broader than I suspect they really are. Try and get a subject to put one shoulder closer to the lens than the other, and tilt them so they create more of a diagonal line than a horizontal one.
