Is there anything that isn't quit right with this photo

The glare was from the sun...how do I fix that?

Don't go in it?

The hair across her face looks too much like a mustache for it to work well.

Her face looks underexposed, skin and eyes are grey.

At this point, take a few minutes to look over the critique rules in the sticky - if you can provide your Exif, we can help a little more.
