I feel it is a bit underexposed and you've got a bit of red color cast.
you can fix those with levels on photoshop (or any other PP software).
I think the focus is OK, hard to tell at this size.
as for the pose, she doesn't seem to be comfortable with it. is she lying? climbing?
another thing, I would have removed those marks from her left arm (right next to the elbow).

in this shot she seems much more comfortable and less muscles are involved, giving her a softer look.

it's not a bad shot, there is just always room for improvement

Thanks a lot mr Jones.. I like your honesty.. Thanks.. I actually did not notice those marks on her arms .. those were caused by the channel she was lyin on..
I might check the exposure.. i think i edited it when my LCD was dimmed..

I'm not much of a portrait guy, but she does look strained and not comfortable at all in that pose.

1. Composition
Not ideal
2. Framing
See above
3. Exposure
Underexposed
4. Editing / colors
Could use some more editing and WB is off.
5. Angle of shot
I'm ok with this
6. Focus.
Looks ok to me

See if you can tell what I did.
