Hay all newbie here, just after some advise with my images. I dont feel that they are sharp enough so some help would be appreciated. My style is vintage, old feel just so you know

Hay yeah it was my 5Dmk 2 24-105, why do you ask is there a better lens i should have used??? Before that i was using my 24-70 L 2.8 switched back to the 24-105 for a while. I usually do have it on center weighted focusing dunno why i changed :/

The one I looked at had exif of shutter speed 1/100 on a 200mm lens. I would suggest the reason the image is slightly soft is from camera shake. You require a faster shutter speed to prevent that. Rule of thumb is 1/focal length. In this case 1/200. Even with IS, you can still have it. Try bumping up shutter speed and see if your images get "sharper"

You had asked if you images are "sharp enough". They are certainly sharp enough for most web applications and prints up to at least 8x10. You may see a little softness at that point and the other suggestions will certainly help in the future. I dont see any evidence of of software sharpening. Did you add any sharpening? I use selective sharpening with Nik software on the eyes on my images and it helps in images like this that are just ever so slighly soft.
