Hi! I just have a few questions about this particular photo. For instance, do you think the focus is unappealing ? Or does it seem out of focus just a little around her face or is it just me? Also, what are your opinions on the colors and/or the lighting.

Focus looks fine to me. Around the face it might be a tad soft but nothing that ruins the photo. The two things that stood out to me most were that her skin is purple (white balance is off) and it looks over-processed - her blue jeans are black (and clipped).

Neat idea - love the idea of a ballet dancer in jeans and a tee!

The pose looks a little awkward. With your smiley in the title, on first glance I thought you'd captured someone in midst of tripping over something. Maybe a more classic ballet pose would work better.

I agree with Sterling in that the pose is awkward. It looks as if she doesn't have another arm. I also feel it could use a tighter crop and a bit of a rotate to straighten up the horizon. Also the white balance looks a bit off.
