Yeah from where I'm sitting, it looks pretty blown out. The background especially, and a little bit on the girl's face on the right. I would bump down the exposure, and maybe do some recovery. Good job though getting 2 dogs and 2 kids sitting down long enough for a picture! That is tough! I think it is a nice image, just a few tweaks and you are good to go!

The little girl's face, on camera right, is definitely too hot. Probably too hot to recover with the burn tool because the skin tones will start getting funky. In this type of shot you'd usually light the background separately from the subjects.
