Now here we are..

I would like you to comment on

1. Framing : How is the framing of the picture?

2.Composition: Is this picture well composed? Was it good idea to introduce antoher story in the background? if yes why so and if you say no then why not?
3. Exposure:
4. Focus: Does this picture have a good focus? or does it lag behind on some aspects of focus?
5. Colors

please try to give me detailed crituique with some reasoning..its not obligatory but would helps us both.

Nice Pic with vibrant colors of turban, shirt and his glasses.... but the thing that takes my attention from this pic is the background thing on the left side..so I feel you could have framed the picture little better and it would have looked even better with the rule of third which you have done in this pic.
