I like the backround being out of focus, but to me the picture would be better, if the eyes were more in focus just my opinion

You should give the EXIF data that might help some people suggest some different settings. You also should say what you were trying to acheive with the shot? You will get different advice for a snapshot vs if you're trying to do a portrait.

Welcome to DPS, Emilia! A suggestion: Go to the Critique section and read the posts at the start that explain how to post the image in that part of the forum as well as the EXIF data (easy to do from Flickr). They also provide good ideas for how to ask specific questions about your image. If you include the image in the posting rather than a link you're much more likely to get responses. I know that if I'm going through new posts and there are pages of them to consider, I want to see the image right away rather than following a link to get to it. And if you ask specific and clear questions, you're also more likely to get what you need to improve an image. (I know it isn't always easy to come up with the questions but if you go through some of the critique postings you'll see some examples of how to be really specific!)

Looking forward to seeing more of your work!

Very interesting photo. I like it! Where’s the brandy?

Reminds me of the first time I saw a woman smoking a cigar years ago on a ferry to Denmark. lol Things have changed.

Love the bokeh. Beautiful eyes and hands. Wish that both eyes were there. It could use a bit of PS processing. I took the liberty to colour adjust, crop and do a bit of skin healing, eye brightening:

And a bit of another era:
