Default When does a blurry picture add something

This picture came out blurry, but I can't tell if it adds a mood to the photo or it makes it look messy.
What do you think?

Honestly, it just looks like a mistake to me. The blur plus the tilt and the fact that she's underexposed just don't work for me, sorry!

Sorry, not working for me either. Looks like a series of bad photographic choices... with lens flare in an odd spot.

If she were properly exposed, I would think it was a keeper (minus some of that space on the right).

As she isn't, it just makes it feel less acceptable. I think were it one of mine, I'd bump the exposure in post (it certainly looks rectifiable) make the crop and make a clean high contrast B&W conversion ad see how it rolled... I think I could make something with it though, definitely not something I would trash..

Can you add your exif info? Will help to know why your photo is blurry

I pulled it using iEXIF:

Canon T2i
Exposure mode: Auto Action Program (sports mode)

18mm
f/4
1/320
ISO 100
Pattern metering

Hey yall I appreciate the input.

Niresangwa-
I took what you said and tried it, and it came out like this:

and in b&w

(is it croped too tightly?)
Out of the pictures I took that day this one stood out to me for some strange reason, so if it can be rectified.. id love that.
The ISO was too low, and that's why it's underexposed right?

LoveDSLR - I love your edit!

It's under exposed becasue there's not enough light. Yes, you could increase the ISO but you could also decrease the shutter speed too.

It's a lovely photograph

Thanks. I like to practice using the various tools and techniques (defocus, complementary colors, contrasts, leading lines, composition guidelines, brightness, framing etc.).
