Composition, focus, pose, location, Colours, post-processing of skin...
I'm very open ended. If something looks unnatural, or if you would do anything different, tell me!

Well, you wanted it, so here goes.

My first though on opening it up bigger on your site, was "wow, it looks like it was cropped a lot and thus lost a lot of quality." Then I read the text and found out that you did crop a lot. Was it really necessary? Could we see a uncropped version? I just think the loss of quality is a killer.
I like the composition in general, but the arm on the right side feels weird to me. Also, her skin looks processed. The focus looks good to me; maybe just a little soft because of how zoomed in you are.
I hope this doesn't sound too harsh. And I really hope there is nothing severely wrong with the rest of the image that made you crop so much, because I think I would really like it.

It's not a severe crop because I didn't like a part of the image or anything, it is meant to be different, a different look at a good image.

I like it Mitch except for the arm...don't think it adds anything to the image as tight as it is

I agree with the rest about the arm and I'm throwing in the chin as well.
I don't mind the tight crop but the chopping of the chin really kills it for me. seems unnatural.

You're carrying a 5D MkII and "don't have the EXIF on you"?

I'm sorry I guess I should have explained further. I uploaded this specific phoyo (to deviantart) with the exif data removed. When I made this post, I was not at home, so I did not have access to the version with the exif data?

I find her arm to be distracting and the eyes/skin seem a little over processed to me.
