i Karina! I love babies, too! I'm studying to start shooting babies professionaly, which means i earn no money yet!

Enjoyed your pics!! It's challenging shooting those little beauties!!! I have little personal thoughts on it:

I like the small DOF, but i like better when the texture of the fabric starts completely soft and gets sharpen, more like the second picture, not like the first one... It leads our eyes to the baby, IMO.

Another point that is nice to say is to stratch the fabric so that it remains completely straight (i don't know how to say it in English, but i think you got it, hehehe!).

To my taste, i'd add a little bit of exposure and contrast in the second one, once i don't see the white as white (maybe it's the monitor I'm using outside my location now).

hi there, Thank you so much for the reply.

I agree with you on the second one is better. I have just been trying out the difference techniques
So been trying lots of angles.
i have always loved the style of the first one, but maybe this isn't the perfect place to do it

When it comes to the white, its actually pink, so i cant turn xpos, higher, then i will blow the beads out.
I have also always been very week for messy surroundings, dunno! hehhe. just never liked it straight. But this is defiantly something i should try out,

Thank you And good luck with the baby shots.

.... i added one of the color picture as well
