Hi Raymong! I like BW!!! Well, I'd add some contrast into the face (instead of having only hair-skin contrast). I'd do this by having the light coming more from the side, and not only from the front (once your flash fired). I can notice the light source is coming from right / above, but moving a little bit to the rear could change things in an interesting way, i guess. That's my thoughts on lightning for this nice portrait!!!

About the EXIF and composition, i can see you have poor light, right? Hehehehe. Low noise for such a high ISO!! At last, I'd like better if the orientation was portrait, including the mouth in the frame... Just a personal taste!

There is lots to like in this portrait. The range of tones is lovely and I think you have the focus spot on, with some details quite sharp but the narrow depth of field serving as a "beauty brush".

What would I change. I think I would crop a tiny amount more from the bottom of the frame, maybe cutting through rather than underlining the highlight on the lower lip. I would also see if a small counter-clockwise rotation, evening up the smile, would help. Both of those are aesthetic preferences though - the tweaks I would be inclined to make rather than being something I could pin down to strong reasons.
