Default Is my angle alright?

I had a photo shoot with my sister the other day and I was wondering if the angle on this one is weird. I don't really like how you can see so much of her neck. I'm assuming that I should've not cut off her head, and not shown as much neck. Any other critique is welcome too.

EXIF:
ISO: 50
Shuuter Speed: 1/200
Aperture: 3.1
Focal Length: n/a
Flash Used: no

Also, on the attached photo is it sorta weird to have her looking straight down at us?

Cutting off the head is OK, but I don't think shooting up at the face is the most flattering...kind of accentuates the chin, and who wants to look up nostrils?

Yes, the light in her eyes is something I'd like to do differently. Or maybe I should say the light that isn't in her eyes.... I was working no special things like reflectors or any of that--just my camera.

underexposed, too dark on her left side, and you already know about her eyes. You know, if no reflector, turning on your flash at a reduced output would have helped brighten things up

I'll have to try the flash next time. Thanks for that tip!

I agree, I think the first one is underexposed. I think the neck would be fine if the top of her head was still there

The third photo is definitely my fave!

in general, try shooting slightly from above, angle wise. like autofocus mentioned, shooting up the face is not very flattering, definitely from so close.
the last one is great, a bit dark on the left side of the face and the eyes but that can easily be fixed in PP. great shot.

Using your flash as a fill flash with reduced output as already mentioned and I would also warm it up a little bit in post. The white balance is slightly off, I can some blue on her face.
