I like the photo and the baby is beautiful. The sharp focus right on the face and the clear open blue eyes are beautiful.
I am not sure of the reason for the glow, but more than that the noise bothers me. Instead of shooting at such a high ISO, you could have resorted to a shorter focal length lens which lets you get closer to the subject and captured the same image at a lower ISO. I know, sometimes the moment does not wait for the lens to be changed! |

its a very decent shot... not gonna win awards, but, its good, and the eyes are addicting
