I am really pleased with this image, although it is only when I post you guys help me see where I need to improve.

Wow, you really have learnt a lot, NicolaB! Great photo of a very cute kid. I don't think there is much to critique to my inexpert eyes. If I have to say something, I'd say that the eyes are a little too sharp for my taste, maybe you could tone down the PP there a teeny bit. But that is just me, you should wait for more expert opinions.

She still looks a tad cool to me. Did you shoot RAW? I'd warm it up a touch in ACR.
