It looks a little bit soft to me! background is really busy, and her shoes are cut off! ... I like the area and the idea but she is in the center and you have a powerful background that keeps distracting me. Try another crop, straighten, sharpen the picture and maybe a contrast boost!

she actually looks pasted on the background, like it's a studio shot, there are no shadows to be found in the picture, not even the chair legs can produce a hint of a shadow. something feels very weird here and the vignating doesn't help either.
plus, there is a lot of noise in the photo, very visible around her neck.
can you please post a SOC photo?

Background's too busy, though interesting one. Lower aperture would help, we don't need to see all the details on all the pillars of that construction, let is gracefully blur itself away as it repeats in the distance.

I'd really like to know what lighting have you used as there is no single shadow in the image. Some nice shadows would give the depth to the image.

What bothers me most is that clothes is underexposed and bad lit. It's just flat black. I bet there were some wrinkles and maybe even texture to show.

Chair is a bit strange object in this image, but that's conceptual decision so I'll keep my mouth shot.

"Ditto" to all comments above, and I notice in some portraits the teeth are sometimes whiter than the eyes, which draws focus down rather than into their eyes. You may want to look at that too.

+1 to blurry subject

Also, your vertical lines should be vertical. Rotate until the bridge is upright.
