Thinking about getting this printed up as one of my sample pics, but wanted to get some feedback first. My main concern is the white fencing she is walking down. Is it distracting from the image? Should I try and clone it out. Anything else wrong with the image? Any and all critiques are welcome.

I like the feel and mood of the image. That was captured well. My concerns are the blown out portions on the horse and the grass. Anytime you mix bright light and shade in a shot you're going to have challenges. Don't know if burning them a tad will help?
Also, I don't know if that's a slope but the shot appears to be uneven. If you could have captured her and the horse between the two trees in the background it would have made for a good natural frame. It feels like there's more space to the right than needed. I would have cropped it closer. You're on the right track.
