Welcome to the forums....

Composition & Focus look great. Keep in mind my feedback is based on personal preference and this is art and subjective. To me, I do not like the overexposed sky, with the underexposed subject. This stuff seems to be all the rage and people are buying it, so take that with a grain of salt. The one thing to point out, is the w/b is off. The subject is quite cool/blue due to picking up the color from the sky.

Default quick edit...

Pretty image. I agree with the over exposed sky however it could be because of the very low 1.4 f stop creating an exaggerated bokeh and if the sky was simply white or gray that day it could make it look even more overexposed. The main thing that bothered me also is it is way too cool (has a blue cast) to the whole image. I just had a very quick play so you can see the difference in the colors.

i simply addjusted the white balance to make it warmer. Then upped exposure a tiny bit. Selected or lassoed just the belly area and upped the exposure on just the belly a bit(looked a lot darker than her face) to put a more even exposure look through out the ladies body. Then just selected the eyes and added more contrast to them to make them pop a tiny bit more. Lastly added a "soft light" filter to the whole image to make it a bit more soft but make the colors creamier looking.

not perfect just a quick edit. hope this helps in some way...
