I think it looks good.....a little smile would look better though, imo.......a bit of a turn could improve it too. For this shot I like that you can see his hands too, even if they are in his pockets......

I like the subject, very interesting young man... The colors of the picture are a bit off for my taste, just a little bit oversaturated making the white part of his eyes green and there is a lot of red going on...

Even though I like how his hands look inside his pockets I don't like the fact that is on a down angle, with this wide lens also makes him look out of proportion.

I did a quick pp on your picture (hope that you don't mind) adjusting the levels, cropping the picture.

Just my point of view... And this is what i got.

I agree with Nori. you're using a wide lens which distorts his figure completely. the crop removes that distortion making him look like a normal human (not with small legs and a big head)

Thanks for the feedback, Ok to point, Nori and Mr. Jones. Yah it looks better with that crop and I will tweak a lil bit the colour.

Even though I consider myself a total amateur, I think the composition is a tad boring. Your son's adorable and makes for a great model, but he could be doing something else, aside from just standing there? I dunno... just my opinion...
