Default A Lonely Day

Okay, so I took this photo about a month ago and I wanted to evoke a feeling of loneliness. Sort of like an abandoned town feeling, if that makes any sense. I took it around 12:30 in the afternoon, so I was catching some pretty annoying shadows in the shot. I also had to crop out the sides a bit because some random person got in the way. /:

Other than that, I wanted to know if my composition/lighting/idea was okay. I also wanted to hear some suggestions on what I could do with this picture to make it more interesting in terms of editing, etc.

it's a great shot but I would crop it as landscape and get rid of some of the blur at the bottom, I think it's a bit distracting and ruins the framing you've got there.
plus, I would add contrast cause it feels a bit flash.
I took the liberty of editing and cropping it to show you what I mean (if it bothers you, let me know and I'll take it down).
btw, I love the framing of the building and the blurry road closing at the bottom, great work!
can you please post your EXIF and the lens that you used?

Wow. Thanks. Your additions really made my photo better. I'm not sure what you mean by exif and lens though. /:

I'm sorry. I'm really beginner at this.
