Default Morris Dancers

Any help for improvements gratefully received. Trying to get images with movement but novice and trying to learn about settings on my Canon EOS 400D.
EXIF Version 1220
Canon 400d
F/7.1
1/100 sec
ISO 200
Focal length 32mm
No flash
Exposure normal
WB auto.
Attached Images
File Type: jpg 069 Action.jpg (616.7 KB, 24 views)

please provide the EXIF data and is there anything specific you need help with?
