Default Pretty Girl in a Pretty Park

Camera Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XS
Exposure (1/60)
Aperture f/4.5
Focal Length 27 mm
ISO Speed 800

This is one of my best friends Megan. I'm wondering about the coloring. And I actually think it looked a little blurry. I was shooting too fast because she gets so nervous it's hard to get a non-awkward smile out of her. So there's not really time to get it set up. haha

Any other comments/critiques are greatly appreciated!

Hi and welcome!
Nice first post! You are right, it is out of focus/blurry. Thats too bad becasue it looks like it would have been very nice. There's lots of green in there so a slight adjustment on color balance may be needed but with it being so soft, I think a reshoot would be the better option. Keep at it - good luck and have fun!

Thanks! I just got my camera for my birthday about a month ago, so I'm just learning. I've got some other images of the same girl that I really like, maybe I'll post another tomorrow She's really easy to photograph because she's got such a great smile and eyes

It's hard to not get camera shake when your shutter is only 1/60. I faster shutter speed would've helped. But as far as the colors go I think they are great!

as pervious posts mentioned, the photo is out of focus and that kills it.
other than that, you have a lot of space behind her back and yet her knee is cut off which looks weird and unnecessary.
colors are great, maybe a bit to saturated but I would crop it tighter to get that white space on the top out of the photo.
I edited it so you could see what I mean. if you want me to take it off - let me know.
