Default Too Crowded?

This is a shot I took at a concert. I liked it until someone said it was "too crowded", now I can't get that comment out of my head any thoughts?

it's a good photo but would have been a great photo if the third guitar wasn't blocking their heads.
the way it is is just awkward.

I think you have captured the feeling of being at a concert, is that not part of what concerts are about? Crowds? To get a great photo is to capture the emotion, but that is just me. I think its a great shot! Well done!

I'll have to agree with Ice, it definitely captures emotion and also action, the only critique I have is I find the photographs in the background a bit distracting, but otherwise a very good shot.

Yep, crowded...
not tight crowded, but a lot of elements crowded, it would work if the elements would compliment each other. B&W is tricky to shoot if there are too many elements in the photo, try to keep the composition simple
