Default My Little brother's senior pics

I am working on my little brother's senior pictures and this is one of my favorites. However, I want to make sure that they look as close to perfect as they can for a beginner photographer so please give me any advice that you have. Please and Thank you!

Camera: Panasonic DMC-FZ30
Focal Length: 11.6mm
Exposure Time: 1/15s
Aperture: F3.6
ISO Value: 100

i'm not on my calibrated monitor at the moment so take my comment with a grain of salt... the vingette looks too heavy and dark and intrudes too far into the image. The eye sockets are a bit dark and a catchlight would be good to add some life to the eyes. I like the location, and composition although his arm hidden behind the rock probably isn't ideal.
I think a few tweaks on the exposure and you'll have a very nice image.

I would lose the vingette and add more contrast to the photo.
also, I would brighten up his eye sockets like Zona said.

For this particular image, like Zona said.. less vignette and try to bring out his eye sockets.

In the future, more light! Either flash (in the very least as fill) or a reflector, or better lighting conditions that don't cloud his eyes.

Otherwise, you're on your way.

Thanks for all of the advice everyone! I know that the images got a little dark...my little bro and my mother are always late for everything so the shoot that was supposed to start at 3...didn't start until 5. ha ha! I definitely do need to invest in an external flash though; the one on my camera is too harsh.
Thank you again, everyone!
