You are breaking a few forum rules... only 1 pic allowed and post the exif data.....

Saying that, your lighting is awsome, very soft & I really like your PP work. The skin smoothing is natural, yet very effective. I prefer the framing in 2 & 3, the wall behind her in 1 does nothing for the image (but I guess it does not really hurt it either)

Thanks for the feedback Scott. I missed the forum rules on one image but I'm really trying to figure out which of these resonates the most. I have trimmed it down to the two distinct styles to hopefully make it a bit easier.

the seccond one is much better composed and the angle is much more interesting.
but I think you went too far with the skin smoothing and tones, it just doesn't feel natural.

i prefer the first one, quite alot more actually. The second one seems flat, and her face seems washed out. The first was is more contrasty and her eys and lips POP out, I prefer the composition...... you'll probably hear votes for each, but thats my opinion.

The more I look at it the more I like the first one compositionally but I really screwed up the lighting there. I need to try to get that shot again but with the correct lighting so that I add some depth.

Yes her skin looks fabulous! How do you smooth skin in PP?????

I like the lighting and the unique composition. My only concern is that the patterned pillows are a little distracting in the background. But, that's minor :-)

Yeah, the pillows/room are not optimal but I took what I could get in this case. ;-)

I use lightroom 3 for the PP and the key I have found is to lower the amount that it does considerably and do multiple layers in different areas. I do a light run across all skin and then go back for trouble spots with a harsher touch. Then a healing stamp for anything that remains. It's time consuming but I am generally very happy with the end result.

I would have cropped a bit differently...Not really fond of the placement of her L arm, but not sure what to do differently.

Attached:
Lens correction, crop, a little dodging of background.

I tried that crop but cutting off her arm looked awkward to me. I didn't add lens correction but at 24mm I should even on a crop. Good call.
